Hi! I’m Anne-Marie and I’m you!
At 52 I divorced my husband and came out, now I’m a coming out coach!
Through my journey and experiences of coming out, getting divorced, and searching for support, I saw grief and pain, as well as joyous awakenings and new self-discoveries.
As a Coming Out Expert, featured in the New York Times and O Magazine, I provide compassionate support to make the process of coming out less isolating, offer clarity to those questioning, and create a space to share the joy of newfound authenticity.
Through group coaching, workshops, and retreats find the support and community you need to be authentically you!

Coaching & Support Groups to Empower Women Coming Out & Divorcing Later in Life from Someone Who Really Gets It
Welcome! Anne-Marie provides coaching and group support for people who are questioning their sexual and/or gender identity, coming out and looking for community.
After living in the straight world, married with four children for many years, when Anne-Marie came out it was an eye-opening experience. Through her journey of self-discovery, coming out, and wrestling with religious beliefs, she realized how much coming out is a unique process. In order to fully embrace her sexuality and identity she would need to be bold with herself and her family.
As a proud lesbian, Anne-Marie stands up for holding and having safe spaces for people coming out later in life so that they can have a place in the LGBTQIA+ community that is affirming and empowering.

Anne-Marie takes a unique approach to leading support groups and in her on-on-one coaching. If you work with her you can count on her to listen with the intent to hear and understand you. She will also ask reflective questions and be curious about your personal experiences, thoughts, and feelings.
Lotus Group Coaching
Lotus Group Coaching is designed to bring you together with other individuals who are on their coming out journey. This space has been created to help people who are in a variety of stages of the process – from curious and questioning all the way to the other side, where you get to live fully and authentically as you.

I have a variety of short online workshops, that will bring the community together around important topics and conversations to support cis and trans people on their coming out journey.
Retreats
